Return & Refund Policy
Returns policy
You may return products within 30 days of purchase. After this period, returns or exchanges cannot be processed. Please note that returned goods may be subject to a 25% restocking fee
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as delivered.
- Products must be in their original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Do not return items directly to the manufacturer.
How to get a refund
- Request a RMA (return marchandise authorization) by writing to sales@nxtprocess.com and briefly explain the issue.
- An expert from NXT Process will contact you to troubleshoot the situation if we feel that the part might function properly. Otherwise we will issue a RMA.
- Send the part and RMA number to 4579, boul Métropolitain E. St-Léonard, QC H1R1Z4
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 1-3 business days.
Delayed or missing refunds:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider, as posting times may vary.
- Contact your bank if necessary, as processing delays are common.
If you have taken these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at sales@nxtprocess.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same item, please email info@nxtprocess.com to arrange the return.
Shipping Returns
Products must be shipped back to:

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the original shipping costs will be deducted.
- Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on location
For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping option or purchasing shipping insurance. NXT Process cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.
