Description
What is it?
The NXT chamber pasteurizer is a compact alternative to traditional tunnel pasteurization, designed specifically for small and craft breweries. It allows producers to extend the shelf life of their beer or beverages efficiently and safely. As the market evolves, many smaller producers need a practical, affordable solution to achieve shelf-stable products โ making this technology a game-changer for breweries with limited production capacity.
Advantages
- Compact footprint โ requires minimal floor space
- Lower investment cost compared to tunnel pasteurizers
- Easy and intuitive operation
- Reduced energy consumption
- Improves product safety and quality
- Extends the shelf life of bottled or canned beverages
How does it work?
The chamber pasteurizer sterilizes beer or beverages directly inside bottles or cans through a controlled heat and cooling cycle.
- Place the bottles or cans in small baskets (or one large basket for higher capacity).
- Load the baskets onto a pallet and move the pallet into the chamber pasteurizer using a forklift.
- Close the chamber door and start the automatic pasteurization cycle.
- The system heats the containers to the required temperature for sterilization, then cools them back down to normal temperature.
Once the heating and cooling stages are complete, the beverages are pasteurized, safe, and ready for packaging or distribution.
